Welcome to District Institute of Education and Training Pali, Faridabad.
The role of a teacher is not limited to only the classroom but there are different roles can be seen even outside the classroom. The teacher’s role is described beyond teaching. As teacher education, it plays a crucial role in student life to succeed in career, job, business. Teacher education becomes an encouraging factor, confident booster and moral supporter for students. In general, teachers mean to teach students the specific syllabus and impart knowledge about the specific curriculum. But in teacher education , a good teacher should connect various objects to real life situations and try to make topics understandable to them. After having good teacher education, a teacher appreciates and boost the confidence. He becomes an external parent to students as they spend a lot of time together. Intelligent scenario having teacher education, they should keep educating students, mentoring students, giving job opportunity and giving them practical knowledge.
